Privacy Policy

NetPulse.fyi is a website monitoring service for small businesses. Our contact email is hello@netpulse.fyi.

We collect only what we need to provide the Service:

• Account information: your email address, used to identify your account and send alerts.
• Domain and monitor data: the domains and URLs you add, monitor configurations, check results, incidents, and snapshots.
• Billing information: handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your card details.
• Usage data: basic logs of API calls and page views, retained for up to 30 days, used to debug issues and understand usage patterns.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service, send monitoring alerts and account notifications, process payments through Lemon Squeezy, and respond to support requests. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run NetPulse.fyi:

• Supabase — database and authentication. Your data is stored in Supabase's infrastructure.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (alerts, sign-in codes, notifications).
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing. Subject to their own privacy policy.
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.
• GitHub Actions — runs the monitoring check engine on a schedule.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data processing terms.

We retain your account data and monitoring history for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. Check history older than 90 days is automatically rolled up into daily summaries to keep storage manageable.

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and data, and export your monitoring data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@netpulse.fyi. We will respond within 30 days.

We use only essential cookies required for authentication (your login session). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted data storage via Supabase, and scoped API keys. We do not store passwords — authentication is handled via one-time codes sent to your email.

NetPulse.fyi is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by email before material changes take effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
