What this score measures

Your Email Deliverability Score combines four signals mail providers actually check before deciding whether to deliver, filter, or reject your email: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and whether your sending IP appears on any major spam blacklist. Together these determine how much of your email actually reaches the inbox.

Why one missing record can tank deliverability

Mailbox providers like Gmail and Outlook increasingly require all three authentication records β€” SPF, DKIM, and DMARC β€” before trusting a domain's mail. Missing even one, or having a DMARC policy set to 'none' instead of enforcing quarantine/reject, is enough to push legitimate email into spam.

A high score isn't a one-time fix

Authentication records can silently break β€” someone adds a new email tool without updating SPF, a DKIM key rotates, or a DMARC record gets accidentally removed during a DNS migration. This score reflects a point-in-time check; the underlying records deserve ongoing monitoring since they don't stay put.
