By creating an account or using NetPulse.fyi ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid accounts.
NetPulse.fyi is a read-only website monitoring service. We check your sites from the outside — exactly as your customers do — and alert you when something looks wrong. We never request access to your servers, infrastructure, or credentials, and we never make changes to your systems. "Read-only" is a permanent design principle, not a plan feature.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide a valid email address and keep your contact information accurate. You may not share your account with others or use the Service to monitor sites you do not own or have explicit permission to monitor.
You agree not to use the Service to monitor targets you do not own or have authorization to monitor, to attempt to overwhelm or attack monitored targets, to resell the Service without written permission (except as permitted under the Agency plan), or to violate any applicable law.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Lemon Squeezy. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, but we will work with you in good faith if something goes wrong.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Monitoring checks depend on third-party infrastructure (GitHub Actions, Supabase, Vercel, Resend) and network conditions outside our control. We are not liable for missed alerts caused by infrastructure failures, network outages, or delivery issues with email providers.
We collect and store the domain names, monitor configurations, check results, and contact details you provide. We do not sell your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
The NetPulse.fyi name, logo, and product are owned by NetPulse.fyi. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
NetPulse.fyi is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, missed alerts, or decisions made based on monitoring data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time. On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
